Who I work with

I work with high performers, leaders and companies facing challenges or already in a change process. That's when an outside perspective becomes essential.

Some come because of a new role.
Some because something stopped working.
Some just know it's time.

What they have in common: change — in some form.

Leaders & High Performers

You're good at what you do. You perform. You deliver. You lead. But something isn't landing the way it should — or the way you expected. Maybe you're stepping into a chapter that's asking something new of you. Maybe the drive that always carried you has gone quiet — or the success you worked so hard for doesn't feel the way you thought it would.

You need someone who understands your situation — who asks the right questions, but also gives you real direction and tools that work. Someone who leads you through doubt and self-doubt to find your way.

Companies

Your strategy is solid. Your business is moving. But people challenges slow everything down — a leader who isn't stepping up, a team that isn't clicking, a culture in transition, , a key hire that needs to be right, or someone that needs to go.

I work with companies who understand that the human side of business isn't soft — it's the deciding factor. I come in as an outside eye and thinking partner —

coaching your leaders or key employees, assessing fit, and helping you think clearly about who is the right person, not just the right CV, and what is the next best action or move.

A wrong hire is painful for everyone involved. But you know that already.

Recruiting Firms

Finding the right candidate on paper is one thing. Knowing whether that person will actually thrive in that specific company, with that specific team, at that specific moment — that's another. And that's where placements can unfortunately go wrong. Especially in a time when the generational gap between leaders and teams has never been more pronounced.

I work as a consultant and project partner — helping assess leaders, evaluate cultural fit, and think through what the role actually requires from a human perspective. Simply as a specialist who reads people.
